    En este trabajo se analiza la actual doctrina recaída en materia de los conceptos retributivos que deben incluirse en el salario a percibir durante las vacaciones a la luz de los últimos pronunciamientos judiciales. Así se plantea la problemática existente en relación a la retribución vacacional, especialmente, los conflictos planteados entre los convenios colectivos y la normativa comunitaria, y las dos tendencias judiciales existentes y su relación con la línea judicial actual.

    In this work it is analyzed the current doctrine about the terms of the remuneration to be included in the salary received during the holidays according the recent judicial pronouncements. So, it is examined the existing problems with regard to vacation pay, especially, conflicts arising between collective agreements and Community rules, and the two existing judicial trends and their relationship with the current judicial line.
