Resumen de Self-Starting CUSCORE Control Charts for Individual Multivariate Observations

• In certain manufacturing processes, process parameters are unknown and Phase I samples cannot be collected to estimate control limits for monitoring. Two self-starting multivariate control charts based on a CUSCORE-type procedure are proposed for monitoring the unknown mean of a multivariate normal distribution. The proposed charts outperform other self-starting charts that overlook the dynamic pattern of the mean change.
