    The article analyzes pecuniary compensations between spouses regulated by the new civil and commercial code of argentina, in relation to no-fault divorce; it examines its legal budgets, features and legal nature.; it also states the possibility that spouses can waive their claims by an agreement of forecast about marital crisis.
