  El problema de transfuguismo político en relación con el concepto de representación y el actual estado de partidos, poniendo en evidencia el papel de los partidos políticos como mediadores privilegiados en la relación de la representación del ciudadano. Se plantean como conclusiones si debe mantenerse ese monopolio o, por el contrario, buscar formas alternativas de construirla, con los riesgos para el sistema que esto implica.

  The political turncoat problem in relation to the concept of representation and the current Party System, highlighting the role of political parties as privileged mediators in the relationship of citizen representation. As conclusion the author points the question if this monopoly should be maintained or, on the contrary, to look for alternative ways to construct it, with the risks to the system that this implies.
