    Tras décadas de aparente serenidad la sociedad española tomó las calles en mayo de 2011 para provocar lo que muchos consideran un hito en la Historia de los movimientos sociales. Este proceso revolucionario, pese a ser novedoso en sus formas, presenta ciertas características que recuerdan a las revoluciones del siglo XX. Es conocida la influencia de Kropotkin en las rebeliones españolas del siglo XX pero ¿siguen teniendo vigencia esos principios libertarios en la actualidad? El presente trabajo pretende dar respuesta a este interrogante estableciendo una comparativa entre el movimiento 15-M y la concepción elaborada dos siglos atrás por el pensador ruso. El resultado de dicha confrontación servirá para establecer el grado de vigencia de los planteamientos kropotkinianos en pleno siglo XXI.

    After decades of apparent serenity Spanish society took the streets in May 2011 to bring what manyconsider a landmark in the history of social movements. This revolutionary process, despite beingnew in its forms, has certain characteristics reminiscent of the revolutions of the twentieth century.It is known the influence of Kropotkin in the Spanish rebellions of the twentieth century but arestill valid these libertarian principles today? This paper aims to answer this question by establishinga comparison between the 15 -M movement and the conception worked two centuries ago by theRussian thinker. The result of this confrontation will establish the degree of validity of the kropotkiniansapproaches in the XXI century.
