Resumen de Posición del hueso basal del maxilar

El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar qué mediciones son más fiables entre los sistemas cefalométricos habitualmente utilizados por los ortodoncistas para el diagnóstico de la posición y tamaño del hueso basal del maxilar. En cada una de las telerradiografías estudiadas se trazaron los diferentes sistemas cefalométricos y se analizaron los porcentajes de coincidencia o discrepancia existentes entre cada sistema.

The purpose of this work is to determine ahich measurements are the reliable among the cephalometric systems most commonly used by orthodontists for diagnosing the position and size of the basal bone of the maxilla. In each of the X-rays studied, different cephalometric systems were plotted and the percentages of coincidence or discrepancy among them were analized.
