  Este artículo resalta la importancia de aplicar una mesa de innovación a través de un grupo focal de docentes universitarios que mediante sus aportaciones, comentarios y contribuciones, propongan y generen estrategias para que dichos docentes se interesen en el uso, apropiación e implementación de las TIC en el aula y beneficien el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de sus estudiantes.

  In this article we present the current situation with regard to the demands of a new educationalmodel that integrates the needs of your environment, the new scenarios of teaching andlearning and the new teacher role indispensable to address what that society demands.Therefore we believe that through a table of innovation supported by the techniques of"brain storm or brainstorming" and "focus group" we could get of qualitative form strategiesto achieve impact in the interest of the teachers and create the need for training in ICT.Finally we got interesting results that concluded in strategies to address and counter theproblems observed in this university.
