    Durante toda su obra, el filósofo Karl Popper crítico en fuertes términos el totalitarismo del siglo XX, el cual él vivió en carne propia. No dudamos que hoy, levantaría la voz ante el otro mal político que se observa en el horizonte ad portas de la tercera década del nuevo milenio, a saber, el fundamentalismo. Y si bien es cierto, el filósofo austriaco ataca los regímenes políticos totalitarios con la democracia, también es un crítico a ella cuando no da el ancho y a la vez, siendo un defensor a ultranza del diálogo, no duda en colocar ante la tiranía, los preceptos del tiranicidio.

    During his complete work, the philosopher Karl Popper criticized in a strongly way the totalitarianism of the XX century, which was lived by him directly. We do not have any doubt that nowadays, he would speak with a louder tone in front of the other bad situation in politics which is observed in the horizon ad portas of the third decade of the new millennium, that is to say the fundamentalism. Although it is true, the Austrian philosopher attacks the political totalitarian regimes with the democracy, he is also a critic of it and at the same time, being a defender to the death of dialogue, he does not doubt in putting in front of the tyranny, the principles of tyrannicide.

    Ao longo do seu trabalho, o filósofo Karl Popper criticou fortemente o totalitarismo do século XX, o qual experimentou diretamente. Não há dúvida alguma de que hoje ele falaria contra outro mal político que se observa no horizonte, à beira da terceira década do novo milênio: o fundamentalismo. E embora o filósofo austríaco ataque os regimes políticos totalitários com a democracia, também a critica quando não é suficiente; ao mesmo tempo, por ser um firme defensor do diálogo, não duvida em colocar os preceitos do tiranicídio em frente da tirania.
