    Esta investigación se realiza tomando en consideración la importancia que tiene el desarrollo de la comunicación oral en idioma inglés en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de este idioma para los profesores que imparten la asignatura de inglés a estudiantes de la carrera de Licenciatura en Derecho en el Ministerio del Interior (MININT), quienes deben ser capaces de comunicarse en inglés con un angloparlante en una situación de interés operativo, así como leer materiales originalmente escritos en lengua inglesa y comprender su contenido. El objetivo de este trabajo es sustentar teóricamente la comunicación oral y su importancia en el estudio del idioma inglés. La importancia de este trabajo investigativo radica en lo que aporta a la enseñanza del idioma inglés en el MININT, tanto para profesores como para alumnos y también para la enseñanza de otras asignaturas pues aborda el tema de la comunicación oral desde el punto de vista gnoseológico, psicológico y didáctico. Los métodos empleados para esta investigación fueron: el método de análisis-síntesis y el método inductivo-deductivo.

    This research is made taking into account the importance that the development of English oral communication has in the teaching-learning process of this language for teachers that are teaching English to Law students in the Ministry of Interior. These students must be able to communicate in English with an English-speaking person in a situation of operative interest, as well as to read materials originally written in English and to understand their content. The objective of this investigation is to sustain theoretically oral communication and its importance for the study of the English language. The importance of this research lies on its contribution to English teaching at the Ministry of Interior, not only to teachers but also to students, and also to the teaching of other subjects because it addresses the topic of oral communication from a gnoseological, psychological and didactic point of view. The methods used for this research work were the analysis-synthesis method and the inductive-deductive method.
