  • On October 6, 2016, the FRC met with staff and members of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) to discuss the FASB's Invitation to Comment (ITC) on agenda consultation, its disclosure framework project, implementation issues for standards developed under the convergence project with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), and other issues. First and foremost, the Board should focus on the disclosure framework project and implementation issues for the standards recently developed under the project with the IASB.
