Resumen de Case Notes on International Arbitration (II)

• The objective of these Case Notes on International Arbitration is to report and comment on the most important decisions on international arbitration made by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. These Case Notes are published in two parts this year. Commercial arbitration decisions made in 2011 are addressed in this issue. The Case Notes on sports arbitration were covered in the previous issue of SZIER/RSDIE, 2/2013. The Court made twenty-one decisions on commercial arbitration in 2011; the four most pertinent decisions are covered here.
