Resumen de La Cuarta Revolución Industrial, un relato desde el materialismo cultural

La Cuarta Revolución Industrial va a cambiar por completo el mundo en el que vivimos, especialmente las ciudades, por lo que debemos replantearnos cuestiones como qué papel ha de jugar la cultura en las ciudades del futuro. El artículo afronta esta interrogante desde un punto de vista materialista, construyendo un relato en torno a los tres ejes orgánicos donde los cambios van a ser más profundos: el trabajo, la gobernanza y las empresas. Trazando para ello, un relato a partir de un nuevo sujeto, nuevos escenarios y una nueva trama, que perfilan una historia basada en la utopía de la abundancia.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is going to change the world we live, specially the cities. Therefore, we have to think again questions such as which is the role of culture in future cities. The paper face this question from a materialist point of view, building a narrative getting around the three organic axes where changes are going to be deeper: work, governance and enterprises. Drowing in this line a narrative beginning with a new subject, new sceneries and a new plot, delineating a history based on the utopia of abundance.
