  • The article focuses on the impact of Brexit on the mergers and acquisition (M&A) activity of offshore law firms. Topics discussed include firm has tracked a drop in the volume and value of M&A deals, diversification in the practice of insolvency and dispute resolution and views of David Cadin, group managing partner at law firm Boydells, on the change in income in M&A.
