    The Avestan epithet haadoxta means "(text) accompanied by what is said aobut it" and refers to a text that is accompanied for example by teh illustration of its use or that has been applied to a situation. The Hadaoxt Nask, one of the Gathic books of the Great Avesta, is given this title because its first part is a collection of Old Avestan texts either indicating their value and their ritual or mythological use or being applied directly to a situation.

Le Hadaoxt Nask, l'un des livres gâthiques du Grand Avesta, reçoit ce titre parce que sa première partie rassemble des textes vénérables ou bien donnés avec l'indication de leur emploi rituel ou mythologique, de leur vertu, ou bien directement mis en situation.
