This paper tries to determine the strontium contents in different types of carbonated rocks thus setting up a series evolutionary patterns related to the dolomitization process.
The evolution of these processes causes a strontium content decrease and, contrasting with our data shown in the paper, it must be concluded that the low contents of this element in the do/omites are related to the late diagenetic dolomitization processes. All this being in agreement with the petrological studies carried out on this king of lithology
