    • The article reveals specific features of pretrial settlement of individual labor disputes in Estonia and Kazakhstan. Today, the problem of pretrial settlement of individual labor disputes in the Republic of Kazakhstan is the most relevant and needs to be improved. That is why this article provides suggestions for improving the labor legislation of Kazakhstan by the example and experience of the Estonian Republic, where the pretrial settlement of labor disputes is the most effective. The purpose of this study is to reveal setbacks of the Kazakhstani labor legislation and make proposals for its further improvement by studying the Estonian labor legislation in matters of pretrial settlement of individual labor disputes. The study of the labor law of foreign countries under the present globalized economy and legal conditions, the growth of international economic and humanitarian contacts, is becoming an indispensable part in the development of any country.
