  • The paper gets back to Carol Harlow’s sobering assessment on Europe’s general failure to limit the legally and politically turbulent and expansionary flow of lawmaking. It questions what is left of EU law’s integrative capacity in the wake of the current polymorphous crisis of EU integration.
