  Se estudian 75 casos de tuberculosis vertebral, en el 98 '5 por 100, la lesión era ósea paradiscal con estrechamiento radiográfico del disco vertebral de afectación de las carillas articulares vecinas. Si bien el diagnóstico radiográfico parece evidente, los autores hacen consideraciones sobre las otras lesiones infecciosas vertebrales que pueden dar signos radiográficos similares.

  75 cases of T. B. of the spine have been collected and their radiographic diagnosis analized.

  In 98'5 % the bone lesions were yuxtadyscal with narrowing of the intervertebral space and affection of the neighbouring articular facet.

  Although the diagnosis was obvious, the authors consider other spine infections with similar radiographic sígns.
