En este ensayo se analiza el mercado de capitales en América Latina y se busca mostrar la evolución que éste ha tenido a lo largo del período comprendido entre 1990-2013, encontrándose una débil evolución que corresponde a un desarrollo vinculado mayormente al proceso especulativo y no al sector productivo, lo cual implica un débil impacto sobre la producción y el desarrollo económico. In this essay is analyzed the capital market in Latin America, looking for showing the evolution that this has had throughout the period 1990-2013, it found a weak evolution corresponding to a development related mostly to the speculative process and not the productive sector, implying a weak impact on the production and economic development.
