    Las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación han dado lugar a espacios organizacionales donde se observan procesos de virtualización, para los cuales uno de los aspectos a tener en cuenta es el resguardo de la memoria transactiva. Ello será factible si se trabaja sobre el sistema de organización en el marco de los diseños organizacionales orgánicos. A su vez las organizaciones que actúan asociativamente también requieren potenciar su memoria transactiva para alcanzar los beneficios de un accionar compartido, siendo también necesario para ello trabajar sobre la estructura organizacional

    The new technologies of information and communication have given a place to the organizational spaces where it can see the virtualization process, for which one of the aspects to keep in mind is the protection of the transactive memory. That could be possible if it works about the organization system, but relating it with the organic organizational designs. Also, the associated organizations need to strengthen them transactive memory for reach the benefits of a shared work, being needed for that, the work about the organizational structure
