  • The author unveils the plan of China to connect dozens of economies across Eurasia and East Asia through a series of infrastructure investments known as the Belt and Road (B&R) Initiative. Topics discussed include goal of the B&R, two main parts of the Initiative which include the Silk Road Economic Belt's corridors and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, and reaction of the U.S. to China's B&R. He also mentions the reason the U.S. should not give the B&R its blanket support.
