    Autonomi Estatutuek hizkuntza gutxituak ezagutzen dituztenen kopurua handitzeko lagundu badute ere, ez dute eragin berbera izan hizkuntza horien erabilerari dagokionez. Elebitasun instituzionalizatua Estatu meneratzailearena den hizkuntzaren aldeko bilakatzen da beti. Zentzu horretan Giza Eskubideei, indibidual nahiz kolektiboei zor zaien errespetuaren aurkako dira. Irtenbidea bakarra da: eskubide horiek guztiz aintzatetsi eta ondorioz baita hizkuntza bakoitzak bere Lurralde nazionalean dituen eskubideak ere. Horrexegatik da beharrezkoa esparru linguistiko ezberdindu bakoitzeko subiranotasun linguistikoaren alde egitea.

    Although it is true the "Statute Law of Autonomy" have helped to increase the number of people who know minority languages, they have not had the same results in its degree of use. The institutionalized bilingualism always ends up being favourable to the language privileged by the power of the dominant State. In this way, it is opposed to the due respect for the individual and collective rights of the people. There is only one way out: to fully recognize those rights and subsequently the rights of every language in its own national territory. This is why it is mandatory to fight for the linguistic sovereignty in every distinctive linguistic context.
