  • The articles focuses on the author's testing of the triangular ideogram constructed by scholar S. D. Campbell in his 1996 article "Green Cities, Growing Cities, Just Cities: Urban Planning and the Contradiction of Sustainable Development." It considers some weaknesses which emerged as conditions changed since 1996 including civic environmentalism, resilience and smart city.
