  • The article reports the implementation of a new law that covers real estate expropriation in Slovakia on July 1, 2016. The regulation amended the applicable part of the Building Act of 1976. Also cited are such topics as reasonable compensation under the law, as well as the public projects in which expropriation could be used by a state or city like road construction, and infrastructure project.
