  • In the article, the author discusses the regulatory developments on the reporting of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives contracts worldwide as of mid-September 2016. Also cited are the scheduled implementation of rules on the mandatory clearing of OTC derivatives transactions in Hong Kong, the limits of the clearing obligation of derivative contracts in Singapore, and the jurisdictional exemption to the clearing obligation.
