      La reciente entrada en vigor de un nuevo Reglamento comunitario en materia de competencia judicial internacional demuestra la importancia de la cuestión aqur analizada.En el presente estudio no se pretende solamente conocer la nueva normativa europea sino exponer al completo nuestro sistema de competencia judicial internacional en materia de contrato individual de trabajo Con el objetivo de conocer si los Tribunales españoles podran declararse competentes o no ante una concreta cuestión. En este sentido, también se analiza la normativa internacional -convenio de lugano y con el Salvador- y la normativa interna aplicable a la competencia judicial internacional en materia de contrato de trabajo.

      The recent entry into force of a new Community regulation in the field of international jurisdiction shows the importance of the matter that is analyzed here. The current study is not only intended to know the new European regulation but to present our complete system of international jurisdiction in the field of the individual employment contract with the objective of knowing if the Spanish Courts may declare themselves competent or not in a particular matter. In this sense, it also analyzes the International regulation - Lugano Convention and the agreement with EI Salvador - and the applicable internal rules to the international jurisdiction in the field of work contracts.
