    The purpose of this study is to analyse the process of discursive construction in a television debate involving the participation of followers of different branches of evangelic religions. The theoretical line in which this analysis is situated is Discourse Analysis of French orientation, in the segment linked to Enunciation Theory. Based on the selected corpus, we aimed at demonstrating that the reported speech and the TV reports may have an identical function in the articulation of the discursive scene that is installed in the programme.

    O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o processo de construção discursiva articulado em um debate pela televisão com a participação de adeptos de diferentes ramos de religiões evangélicas. A linha teórica em que se insere esta análise é a Análise do Discurso de orientação francesa, na vertente ligada à Teoria da Enunciação. A partir do corpus selecionado, buscou-se demonstrar a possibilidade de se postular idêntica função para o discurso relatado e para as reportagens inseridas no programa, na articulação da cena discursiva que se instaura.
