Resumen de A Interface entre Ensino e Avaliação da Leitura

This paper discusses the interfaces between foreign language teaching and testing with a focus on reading in order to present a reflection on some pedagogical applications. It also highlights the importance of theoretical principles to test design. It further calls into question the potential washback effects of the testing of reading on teaching and learning practice.

O propósito deste trabalho é refletir sobre a inter-relação entre ensinoaprendizagem e avaliação da leitura em língua estrangeira e apresentar possíveis contribuições dessa reflexão para a prática de sala de aula. Pretende-se ressaltar a importância dos princípios teóricos para a elaboração de testes e questionar o efeito retroativo da avaliação sobre o processo de ensinar/aprender a ler.
