    Se plantean las necesidades de una metodología clara y objetiva, de alcance completo, para la valoración dineraria de las afecciones ambientales constitutivas de delito. Se pasa revista a los diferentes métodos de valoración ambiental actual reflejando el carácter parcial o incompleto de la valoración, mostrando su insuficiencia en el dictamen pericial a instancia de juez o fiscal.

    We raised the needs of a clear and objective methodology of full scope, for the economic valuation of environmental assaults, which are constitutive of the crime. We review the various methods of current environmental assessment reflecting the partial or incomplete method of valuation, showing his failure to perform the expert juice at the behest of Judge or Prosecutor.
