    Se muestra cómo opera la relación madres e hijos en situación de desplazamiento forzado, presentando el marco legal relacionado con la infancia en Colombia, con una perspectiva de derechos. Se exponen las transformaciones en la identidad de los niños y las consecuencias que conlleva el cambio territorial a nivel familiar, social y cultural, en tres categorías que son: adaptación social, vínculo y afecto y agencia social. Se evidencia que los niños se apropian de sus derechos y se empoderan como actores sociales de lo que les brinda oportunidad para construir su ciudadanía y nuevos aprendizajes.

    In this paper it is illustrated how the relationship between mother and children operate in situations of forced displacement, presenting a legal framework related to infancy in Colombia, with a perspective of rights. The transformations in the children's identity and the consequences that bear the change of territory at the family, social and cultural levels are exposed in three categories; they are: social adaptation, bonding and social agency. It is demonstrated the fact that children take possession of their rights and act as social actors using any opportunities to construct their citizenship and new learning.
