  • Resumen
    • NKT cells play an important role in the immune responses to blood-borne infections. In vivo analysis shows that most NKT cells patrol the marginal zone and red pulp of the spleen. In response to bacterial antigens, NKT cells arrest and become activated to secrete cytokines.
