En este trabajo se ofrece la edición crítica y anotada del libro de Rut (Meguil·lat Rut) en judeoespañol. El texto se ha fijado a partir de la primera edición del Séfer Haméš Meguil·lot de Abraham Asá (Constantinopla 1744). Se anotan las lecturas más sobresalientes del texto, incidiendo tanto en la explicación lingüística de las elecciones léxicas, como en su caracterización exegética, y se tienen en cuenta tanto las lecturas en la tradición hispano-judía medieval (mss. Escorial I.i.3, I.i.5, I.i.4 y Alba), comolas representadas por las tradiciones occidental y oriental del judoespañol del s. XVI (Biblia de Ferrara y Héšec Šelomó, respectivamente). En el estudio introductorio se realiza un análisis de los fenómenos de traducción observados en el texto, explicando el método de traducción empleado por A. Asá

his articles offers a critical and annotated edition of the book of Ruth (Meguil·lat Rut) written in Judeo-Spanish. Our text is based on the first edition of the Séfer Haméš Meguil·lot by Abraham Asa (Constantinople 1744). Our annotation focuses on the linguistic explanation of many of Asa’s lexical choices as well as on their exegeticall characterization. The article also compares Asa’s translation with the Hispano-Jewish medieval tradition (mss. Escorial I.I.3, I.I.5, I.I.4 and Alba) as well as with the 16th c. Judeo-Spanish Western and Eastern traditions (Ferrara Bible and Héšec Šelomó, respectively). The introductory study focuses on an analysis of the translation methods used by A. Asa.
