    The dispensing of oral anticancer drugs is a relatively small activity for community pharmacists. Considering that one quarter of molecules in development is designed to be administered by mouth, the oncology activity for community pharmacies is set to consistently grow. Coordination between hospital and community sectors must be effective. The setting up of this coordination is envisaged with the implementation of the Cancer Plan or through good practice contracts imposed on healthcare institutions. The needs and expectations of the pharmacist have been established through a survey of community pharmacists. The setting up of a coordination system is a means of meeting the needs of dispensary pharmacists.

    L’activité de délivrance des anticancéreux oraux est assez faible pour le pharmacien d’officine. Considérant qu’un quart des molécules en développement sont destinées à la voie orale, l’activité d’oncologie en ville est amenée à connaître une augmentation continue. Afin d’optimiser la délivrance, la coordination entre secteurs hospitalier et libéral doit être efficace. Sa mise en place est prévue par l’application du Plan cancer ou encore à travers les contrats de bon usage soumis aux établissements de santé. Les besoins et attentes du pharmacien ont été formalisés à travers une enquête réalisée auprès des officines. La mise en place d’un dispositif de coordination constitue un moyen pour répondre aux attentes des officinaux.
