  • Two of these have been dismissed, however one (seeking leave to appeal a decision by the Minister to reject an appeal against the Atomic Energy Licensing Board's (AELB) decision to recommend Lynas be granted a temporary operating licence (TOL)) remains outstanding. Lynas and the Malaysian government intends to strongly defend the judicial review.

    Lenard Boggio has been appointed to the board of the sand and aggregates company. Boggio was previously a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led the BC Mining Group. Boggio will succeed Paul Sweeney as chair of the company's audit committee and also take his place on the governance, compensation and nominating committee. Sweeney, who has been a board member for nine years and chaired the audit committee for the past five years, wishes to step down at the company's AGM.
