    La singularidad de normas reguladoras de otras materias (del Código Civil, de la Ley de Protección Jurídica del Menor, legislación específica de protección a la infancia y adolescencia, etc), concomitantes por su parecido con la custodia compartida, o la aplicación indirecta de sus principios inspiradores, ilustran este artículo y pretenden demostrar que, bajo las reiteradas invocaciones de interés del menor, velar por los hijos, mantenerlos en su compañía, procurarles una formación integral, un entorno afectivo, idoneidad …, se hallan otras figuras con idéntica razón, participando de los elementos de la custodia compartida, a modo de nudo gordiano entreverado entre varias instituciones no disímiles, siempre y en todo caso protectoras del interés superior del menor.

    The uniqueness of rules governing other matters (including the Civil Code, the Act on legal protection of minors, the specific legislation to protect children and adolescents, etc.), concomitant for its resemblance to the joint-custody or because of the indirect implementation of its inspiring principles, illustrates this article and purports to show that, under the repeated invocations of the interest of the minor, the protection of the children, their company, their comprehensive training, an affective environment, adequacy..., there are other figures with the same reason, partaking of the elements of the joint-custody, as a Gordian knot interspersed among not dissimilar institutions, always, and in any event, protecting the interests of the minor.
