    Este artículo constituye una reflexión sobre las diferentes teorías que hoy en día existen sobre las redes urbanas, las cuales han sido abordadas para fundamentar teóricamente los ejercicios cartográficos y de diseño arquitectónico y urbano desarrollados en la 5 investigación “mercados Itinerantes” . Uno de los objetivos de la investigación se fundamenta en la identificación, análisis y mapeo de las ventas semi-estacionarias que se mueven por los diferentes barrios de la ciudad de Pereira, de esta forma se hace necesario reconocer y entender conceptos entre los que se encuentran las redes urbanas, redes que pueden ser entendidas a manera de sistemas y de estructuras estructurantes y ser mapeadas a manera de geografías simbólicas

    This article examines the different theories that today exist about the urban networks, which approach the base theories of cartographic exercises and architectonic and urban 6 design to develop the investigation “itineraries markets” . One of the objectives of the investigation project is based on the identification, analysis and mapping of the semi-stationary vendors which move through the different districts of the city of Pereira, it is necessary to recognize and understand different concepts in which can be found the urban networks, networks which can be experienced like systems and to structural structures and be mapped like symbolic geographies.
