Resumen de Las adaptaciones cinematográficas del género testimonial en Argentina

Esta ponencia examina la trasposición de obras literarias argentinas del género testimonial a la gran pantalla. Observaremos las distintas posibilidades de adaptaciones y cómo el lenguaje literario difiere del cinematográfico a la hora de, por ejemplo, transmitir la voz del sobreviviente, así como el peso social que adquiere la labor literaria-cinematográfica en su función de memoria histórica. El análisis incluye La noche de los lápices de Seoane y Ruiz Núñez y Crónica de una fuga de Tamburrini, que relatan la detención clandestina durante la dictadura cívica-militar argentina y fueron llevadas al cine por Olivera y Caetano, respectivamente. También nos ocupamos de Operación Masacre de Walsh, adaptado por Cedrón, sobre del golpe cí- vico militar en 1956 contra la autodenominada Revolución Libertadora.

This paper examines the transposition of Argentine literary non-fiction works that were brought to the big screen. We will take a look at the different possibilities of adaptations and how literary language, compared to cinematic language transmit, for example, the survivor's point of view, as well as the social weight that the literary-cinematic work acquires. The analysis includes La noche de los lápices by Seoane y Ruiz Núñez and Crónica de una fuga by Tamburrini, which narrate the secret detention during the civic-military Argentine dictatorship and where adapted into a movie by Olivera and Caetano, respectively. We will also include Operación Masacre by Walsh, adapted by Cedrón, about the civic-military coup in 1956 against the self-proclaimed Revolución Libertadora.
