Resumen de Reflexiones sobre salud y calidad de vida del profesorado

  Este trabajo de revisión resalta las características más destacadas que, con respecto a la salud y la CDV, inciden en los docentes de todos los niveles de enseñanza. Los datos obtenidos de la revisión bibliográfica y nuestra propia experiencia personal, inducen a continuar el trabajo en una investigación más completa que recoja las características del profesorado y de cómo son observadas por él, para tener criterios determinantes sobre la aplicación de medidas que mejoren su salud y su CDV, especialmente mediante la actividad física lo que repercutirá indefectiblemente en una mayor eficacia de la educación.

  A pesar de los pocos estudios realizados sobre el tema, las conclusiones destacan que los factores que influyen de forma más destacada en la salud y CDV son, los ambientales, contextuales y afectivos, que condicionan la motivación; y el sueldo, que subordina la dedicación exclusiva y el acceso a actividades de ocio y cultura.

  This work of review highlights the characteristics more out-standing that, with regard to the health and the quality of life, they affect in the teachers of all the levels of education. The information obtained of the bibliographical review and our proper personal experience, induce to continue the work in an research more complete that gathers the characteristics of the professors and of how they are observed by they, to have determinant criteria on the application of measures that improve your health and your quality of life, specially by means of the physical activity what will reverberate unfailingly in a major efficiency of the education.

  In spite of few studies realized on the topic, the conclusions emphasize that the factors that influence of form more emphasized in the health and quality of life are, the environmental ones, contextuales and affective, that determine the motivation; and the salary, which subordinates the exclusive dedication and the access to activities of leisure and culture.
