  • Last year the European Commission adopted a package of legislative proposals aimed at creating a real circular economy in Europe, in which waste is used as a valuable resource to foster growth and jobs. Today, Europe is in an excellent position to lead the transition to a circular economy and to grasp its full potential, providing that the legislation sets the right framework. And aluminium certainly has a central role to play in the transition to a circular economy, as it can be endlessly recycled without losing its properties or quality. Here, European Aluminium talks to Aluminium International Today.
