    Los autores describen la evolución histórico-constitucional en relación con las Fuerzas Armadas, dan cuenta de una situación de sobrerregulación jurídica de las instituciones castrenses en la Carta Fundamental de 1980 y enuncian la necesidad de mantener en el texto constitucional una referencia expresa a dichas instituciones
