    En el momento actual, la influencia de los tejidos blandos que circundan a los implantes Brånemark no está claramente determinada. En este estudio clínico se intentan analizar los microorganismo periimplantarios y determinar la diferencia entre dos grupos de pacientes total y parcialmente desdentados y, si es posible, comparar los morfotipos microbianos encontrados en ambos grupos.

    Se intenta también establecer el efecto positivo del control de la higiene bucal en contraste con la situación clínica en el último control.

    At the moment is not clearly established the influence of soft tissues on long term results with Brånemark implants. In this clinical study we try to analize the periimplant micro-organisms, and determinate the diference between two groups of patients, with partial and totally edentulism, and if possible, to compare the microbial morphotypes founded in both groups.

    We also try to establish the oportunity and positive effects of hygiene control with the different clinical situation in the last control.
