    És ben conegut que el desenvolupament històric de la física quàntica ha qüestionat els pilars de la ciència mecànica que van prevaler al llarg de l’era moderna. Aquesta revolució científica certament ha obert les portes a l’emergència d’un nou paradigma, essencialment holístic, en la intersecció de la ciència i l’espiritualitat. Tanmateix, l’article del prof. Ferrer és força original ja que ens mostra el lligam profund entre la nova ciència i l’educació integral. Segons l’article, l’educació integral seria la traducció pedagògica de la física quàntica i el nou paradigma holístic, així com el sistema escolar generalista va ser la pedagogia del mecanicisme i de l’edat de la Revolució industrial.

    : It is well-known that the historical development of quantum physics has questioned the pillars of mechanistic science prevailing through the modern age. This scientific revolution has certainly opened the door to the rise of a new paradigm, essentially holistic at the junction of science and spirituality. However, Prof. Ferrer’s paper is quite original by showing the profound link between new science and integral education.

    According to this paper, integral education would be the pedagogic translation of quantum physics and the new holistic paradigm, just as the mainstream school system was the pedagogy of mechanism and the age of Industrial Revolution.
