Resumen de Collationes Parisienses. Primi passi per l'edizione critica.

En el ámbito del extenso Corpus di Juan Duns Escoto hay una obra que presenta dificultades cuando se trata de catalogarla en un preciso género literario; las "Collationes", es decir: las conferencia sen forma de debate no propiamente curriculares para los estudiantes. Establecido el precioso programa de las conferencias llevadas a acabo en Oxford por el grupo de investigación bajo la dirección de Guido Alliney, el autor de este artículo se propone arribar a la edición crítica de las conferencias tenidas en París. De acuerdo con la situación actual de los estudios, estas conferencias parecen transmitir siete testimonios manuscritos en dos redacciones y tienen que ver con algunos de los temas fundamentales del escotismo como son la formación del concepto en el intelecto, la elección libre de la voluntad, las relaciones entre intelecto y voluntad, la libertad de la visión beatífica y del conocimiento de la esencia divina, la distrinción y la producción de las personas in divinis, las relaciones intratrinitarias.

Within the vast body of writings of John Duns Scotus there is one work that it is difficult to ascribe precisely to a definite literaty genre: The "Collationes", namely the lectures in form of debate, going beyond what would properly be curricular for the students. Given the valuable undertaking - by the research group guided by Guido Alliney - of a critical edition of the lectures given at Oxford, the Author of this article intends to archieve a critical edition of the lectures given in Paris. At the present state of research, the latter appear to have reached us attested by seven manuscripts, in two distinct editions, and to be concerned with some fundamental themes of Scotism, such as the formation of the concept of the intellect, free choice by the will, the relationship between the intellect and the will, the freedom of the Beatific Vision and of knowing the Divine Essence, the distinction and the bringing forth of Persons in divinis, the intra-Trinitarian relations.
