Resumen de Some Democratic Answers To Secularism
The paper presents an overview of the religious phenomenon worldwide and a sociological approach of the same phenomenon in countries where religion has played a significant role in the framing of their political, historical and cultural backgrounds; secondly, it takes into account the international protection due to freedom of religion according to the analyses of the constitutional regulation of religious freedom in each of the proposed models. Finally, it illustrates the point of religious pluralism with some democratic answers given in practice under the principles of respect and tolerance.
