Our talk about Human Rights does obviously refer to a juridical matter. Nonetheless, to endorse hastily the concept of right would paradoxically prevent us from taking into account the juridical nature of Human Rights. They would be reduced to an expression of good desires for the future of humanity. On the other hand, taking rights seriously would compel us to identify a way of thinking of rights such that it presents them as a caricature.
