    La democracia directa es el régimen político donde el pueblo se gobierna a sí mismo sin hacer uso de representantes. Lejos del delito de sedición se trata de estudiar el ideal democrático. Este régimen político se ubica dentro de la corriente de la soberanía popular. Para aquellos que piensen que la representación de la nación es el único régimen viable. Esta atraviesa una gran crisis, según la opinión de diferentes autores.     Direct democracy is the political regime in which the people govern themselves without using representatives. Far from the crime of sedition, the aim is to study the democratic ideal. This political regime is located in the flow of popular sovereignty. For those who believe that the representation of a nation is the only viable way, this regime is going through a big crisis according to the opinion of different authors.
