  Se presentan los resultados de la aplicación del análisis estructural, como herramienta para la estructuración de una reflexión colectiva, al sistema de control del rendimiento técnicotáctico del Voleibol de alto nivel; determinándose, a partir del criterio de un grupo de expertos y con la aplicación del método MICMAC, las variables clave en el estudio de este sistema, así como sus principales interrelaciones, en cuanto a la motricidad dependencia. El presente estudio fue realizado en la conformación de presentes y futuros análisis relacionados con el control correcto del rendimiento técnico-táctico del voleibol de alto nivel.

  The results of the application of structural analysis as a tool for structuring a collective reflection, the control system of technical and tactical performance of high level volleyball are presented; determining, from the judgment of a group of experts and the application of MICMAC method, the key variables in the study of this system as well as its main interrelations, about the motordependence. This study was conducted in shaping current and future analyzes related to the proper control of the technical and tactical performance of high level volleyball.
