    Los sistemas territoriales constituyen sistemas espacio temporales, entendiendo en ellos su espacialidad como territorialidad y su temporalidad como historicidad significativa. Contenedores y contenidos son construidos y producidos en procesos durables que actúan como marcos estructurantes. La reestructuración debe entenderse como un proceso de cambio profundo que abarca la totalidad de lo social, tiene un sustento ideológico y económico que la explica y progresivamente se impone al territorio. En el espacio que hoy ocupa la República Argentina se observan cuatro sistema fuertemente estructurantes: I-Sistema Territorial Colonial; II-Sistema Territorial Moderno Liberal (Primera modernización); III.-Sistema Territorial Nacional; IV-Sistema territorial de integración supranacional. Separados por etapas de fuerte desestructura ción- reestructuración como son las abarcadas por los años: 1810-1880; 1930-1945; 1975-1990.

    Territorial systems are spatio-temporal systems where the spatial dimension is their territoriality and the temporal dimension represents their historical specificity. Both the framework (containing space) and the activities (contained space) are constructed and developed through sustainable processes that constitute structuring frameworks. This restructuration must be understood as a profound process of transformation extending across the whole social field, including both its ideological and economic bases. If we apply this conceptualisation to the space occuped by the Republic of Argentine, four very powerful structuring systems can be observed over time: I. The colonial territorial system ; II. The modern liberal territorial system; II. The national territorial system; IV. A supra-national territorial system.

    Les systèmes territoriaux constituent des systemes spatio-temporels dont la spatialité peut être entendue comme territorialisée et la temporalité comme historicité significative. Contenants et contenus sont contruits et produits selon des processus durables qui constituente des cadres structurants. La restructuration doit se comprendre comme un processus de profond changement qui couvre la totalité du champ social lequel contient des bases tant idéologique qu’économique. Si l’on envisage l’application de cette conceptualisation à l’espace occupé para la République Argentine, on peut observer, dans le temps, quatre systèmes fortemente structurants, les uns et les autres séparés par une forte destructuration: I. Système territorial colonial; II. Système territorial moderne libéral; III. Système territorial national; IV. Système territorial supra national.
