Examen de la regulación de la responsabilidad patrimonial de la Administración por actuaciones urbanísticas en la Ley 8/2007, de 28 de mayo, de Suelo. Destaca la regulación de la indemnización por alteración anticipada del planeamiento urbanístico, que resulta considerablemente ampliada, único punto en que se rompe el conservadurismo del nuevo texto legal en materia de responsabilidad.

The article analyzes the new provisions on administrative liability derived from urban planning activities as in the Land Law 812007, of 28th May. The highlight of the new regulation is the so-called «compensation far advanced planning reform», whose grounds have been considerably enhanced. Actually, the regulation of said compensation stands out the conservative shape of the new legal framework on administrative liability.
