  • Resumen
    • Thermal insulators share the property of having a very low thermal conductivity. They are nowadays a common field of study that emerges mainly from the investigation of new materials that stand up under the extreme heat conditions found in aerospace. The most studied ones are heat shields, aerogels and radiant barriers which leading role is to provide a way of dissipating or avoiding heat fluctuations as well as being resistant to high pressures and weights
